What does this role do within the team?

As our Software Engineer, you will

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications - building new features and ensuring scalable, well-documented code
• Collaborate on API design and integration - working with mobile engineers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ensure product reliability and security - implementing comprehensive testing, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining bank-level security standards

Essential skills we're looking for: 

•  2-4 years backend development experience with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Python, or JavaScript  
• Strong SQL database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with excellent communication skills 
• Product-focused mindset with attention to detail and passion for clean, maintainable code
